The site lies within an Area of Benefit(AOB)No. 86,which was adopted by the Stockton City <br /> Council on November 14, 1994, Resolution No. 94-0536. This AOB was established to <br /> reimburse the developers for constructing $7,049,978 worth of sewer improvements which <br /> benefit a 3,382 acre area south of the Weston Ranch area. The property owner should be <br /> l aware that this AOB fee will be due and payable:a) If the property remains in the County and <br /> the property owner requests connection to City facilities, or b) If the property annexes to the <br /> City and the property owner either subdivides or develops.
