(Use <br /> type: Truck Sales and Services, Parking). The project will consist of the construction of five <br /> buildings totaling 30,000 square feet. <br /> Additionally, the applicant is requesting to modify the requirements of the Development Title's <br /> sign ordinance Section 9-1710.4(F)(1)(A) to permit three freestanding signs for each street <br /> frontage instead of the permitted one sign. This section may be modified pursuant to <br /> Development Title Section 9-1710.40). <br /> The project,site has a -General Plan designation of I/L (Limited Industrial) and is zoned I-W <br /> (Warehouse Zone). <br /> The project site is located on the west side of Manthe Road, 3000 feet north of Bowman Road <br /> J Y <br /> south of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the following <br /> comments: <br /> Background <br /> On July 10, 2007, the Board of Supervisors approved a General Plan Map Amendment application <br /> (PA-0700116)to amend the General Plan designation of the subject parcel from A/L (Limited <br /> Agriculture) to I/L (Limited Industrial) and approved a Zone Reclassification application <br /> (PA-0600651) to change the zoning of the subject parcel from AL-10 (Limited Agriculture, 10-acre <br /> minimum) to I-W (Warehouse Zone). <br /> t <br />
