Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length <br /> and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and <br /> maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for <br /> delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following; <br /> 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to eight (8) feet m height.
