A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> Ihe existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
