Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Desisn Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). C. In accord kith the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 31, 2005, the applicant shall the containers of oily material properly disposed of with a hazardous waste hauler and/or landfill disposal. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with the appropriate receipts. D. Prior to Parcel Map approval, the Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) be destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1115.5(e)). E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
