Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must <br /> be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Desisn Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. In accord kith the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 31, 2005, the applicant <br /> shall the containers of oily material properly disposed of with a hazardous waste hauler and/or landfill <br /> disposal. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department <br /> with the appropriate receipts. <br /> D. Prior to Parcel Map approval, the Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) <br /> be destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title. Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br />
