(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Cathy Pye APN: 181-060-36 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently loca.ted within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 80 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
