CITY OF STOCKTON SERVICES PLAN <br /> MARIPOSA BUSINESS & TRAVEL CENTER IS # 15-02 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> The Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County(LAFCO)(pursuant to Section <br /> 56653 of the Government Code)requires that any application for a change of organization or <br /> reorganization be accompanied by a feasibility plan for providing municipal services. In <br /> accordance with Section 56653 of the Government Code, the plan shall include the following <br /> information: <br /> • An enumeration and description of the services to be extended to the affected territory. <br /> • The level and range of those services. <br /> • An indication of when those services can feasibly be extended to the affected territory. <br /> • An indication of any improvements or upgrading of structures, roads, sewer or water <br /> facilities, or other conditions the local agency would impose or require within the <br /> affected territory if the change or organization or reorganization is completed. <br /> This report provides the abovementioned information for the Mariposa Business&Travel Center. <br /> An Environmental Review by Initial Study(IS 15-02)was prepared for the proposed annexation <br /> and is filed with the City of Stockton(City)The City reviewed and certified the Final EIR on <br /> (City of Stockton Resolution#__J. <br /> 1.1 PROJECT LOCATION <br /> The Mariposa Business & Travel Center property is located in southeast Stockton, north of <br /> Mariposa Road, and west of the State Route 99(SR 99). While the northern portion of the project <br /> (APN 173-06-28) is in the City of Stockton, the southern portion of the project (APN 173-07-33) <br /> is presently in the unincorporated San Joaquin County. The project site consists of one parcel of <br /> land totaling approximately +6.6 acres. The applicant is in the process of rezoning the City <br /> portion, prezoning the County portion, and annexing the County portion into the City. The Project <br /> Site is located within sections 46 and 57 of C. M. Webers Grant, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> Cit,of Stockton Services Plan <br /> M.A as Travelers Cerner 1 <br />
