Restaurant: <br /> The Restaurant and it's required parking will be constructed on parcel number APN 173- <br /> 070-35 (4.79 Acres) <br /> The Restaurant will utilize approximately 50,000 sq./ft. of parcel number APN 173-07-33. <br /> The restaurant structure will be approximately 6,600 sq./ft. The Restaurant will be a full <br /> service, sit down facility serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, and will include alcohol on- <br /> sale. The occupancy of the Restaurant will depend upon the city of Stockton planning <br /> department and Fire Department. <br /> Parking and Detention Area: <br /> The remaining area of parcel number APN 173-070-35 (4.79 Acres), will be utilized for <br /> over flow parking, Truck and RV parking and the underground storm water detention <br /> system. <br /> NOTES: <br /> APN 173-060-28 and APN 173-070-35 are joining properties that together encompass <br /> 6.62 Acres. Both Appraisers Parcel Numbers are for tax purposes only. The property is <br /> considered both by the San Joaquin County and the City of Stockton as One (1) piece of <br /> property, consisting of 6.62 Acres. <br /> APN 173-060-28 1 .85 Acres (Presently Located in the City of Stockton) <br /> APN 173-070-35 4.79 Acres (Presently Located in the San Joaquin County and being Annexed into <br /> the City of Stockton) <br /> APN 173-070-36 0.06 Acres (Located within APN 173-070-33.
