AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-59 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed use will result in an H-2 (wood working <br /> shop) occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502) . The structure must <br /> be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy and handicap requirements. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.A. C. , Title <br /> 24) . <br /> 2. Identification signs for the parking space(s) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C.A. C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> C. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 3 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Dust mitigation measures shall be implemented during all on- <br /> site construction. <br />
