Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to final occupancy approval and/or Business License approval (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$178.00 (effective August <br /> 1, 2001) is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 (effective August 1, 2001) per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> Prior to final occupancy approval and/or Business License approval, applicant will need to <br /> obtain a California Registered Engineer to evaluate the existing septic systems and determine <br /> their adequacy, and if they meet the San Joaquin County design standards.
