SA-01-51 *Mow <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal systems <br /> are being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> NOTE: Applicant's Registered Engineer will need to demonstrate on the revised plans that 100% <br /> septic replacement areas are being set aside in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Regulations (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5(a)). <br /> C. Applicant will need to do a Phase I Environmental Study of this property based on illegal <br /> steam cleaning and improper handling of potential hazardous wastes. A review fee of <br /> $178.00, effective August 1, 2001, is required. <br /> D. Applicant shall provide receipt or written documentation of drilled rock filled excavations as <br /> witnessed on July 12, 2001, to Environmental Health Division staff. <br />
