- 2 -
San Joaquin County May 10, 1991
Attn: Mr. Jim Miller
Subject: Minor Subdivision Application
No. MS 91-53
Soil Suitability Study
Within a radius of one-fourth (,) mile of the subject
property, there are six (6) existing residences, including two
houses and a mobile home on the subject site. There is no history
of septic system failures in this area. It is the opinion of the
undersigned that the soil conditions are suitable for the purpose
of the subject application, which is to create a 10-acre site for
the existing residence with an existing septic system, a 40-acre
parcel for an existing residence with an existing septic system,
and a 40-acre remainder parcel. Both 40-acre parcels will continue
in the present agricultural usage.
In consideration of the fact that the subject minor
subdivision application will provide for a maximum of two (2)
additional new septic tank systems, it is the opinion of the
undersigned that the subject application will not have an adverse
effect on the quality of the cumulative groundwater in the area.
Our professional opinion is that the above findings and
statements do not constitute either an expressed or implied
guarantee or warranty.
Very truly yours,
R.
