DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. Storm drainage shall be retained on-site, run-off <br /> calculations shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> b. The frontage improvement for Mathews Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way commercial street. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. (A$250.00 fee currently is required for processing <br /> per Planning Title Section 9-10500 in addition to a copy of the Grant deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development.
