An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Storm drainage shall be retained on-site, run-off calculations <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. <br /> b. The frontage improvement for Mathews Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot <br /> right-of-way commercial street. the construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> ou owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> q ( issuance of a building permit. (A $250. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10500 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant deed and an estimate for the <br /> f� required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval.
