PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> A permit for the percolation test is required form the <br /> Environmental Health Division, if the soil suitability study <br /> is favorable. <br /> 1) Old well to tested for nitrates and arsenic before <br /> destruction. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. A Minimum <br /> septic system for a commercial business in this area is 1200 <br /> galloon septic tank and 240 of leach line. A commercial <br /> business requires 100% replacement area to be reserved for <br /> future repairs. <br /> 1) Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2) Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 2.
