REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-10 <br /> PAGE 5 <br /> g. The area of a sign shall not exceed ten percent of that area <br /> of the wall against which it is located. <br /> h. Lighting of signs shall be limited to internal illumination, <br /> nonflashing, and nonanimated. No signs shall be illuminated <br /> on any lot adjoining or directly across the street from <br /> residential property. <br /> i. Small directional signs and other signs necessary to the <br /> functioning of the business shall be permitted. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> j . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> „k. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> 1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall <br /> be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> 2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> 3) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> 1. All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br />
