PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All parking areas and driveways must be completely installed <br /> prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> %bl. All areas not used for building, parking, driveways , walkways, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. The <br /> following specific standards must be met: <br /> 1) A minimum of 15% of the net site area shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> )�i r <br /> 2) A minimum 10-foot wide planting strip is required along <br /> adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except <br /> where crossed by driveway. <br /> ,I <br /> C, 3) The landscaping shall be shown on the improvement plan. <br /> The landscape plan shall include a key which describes <br /> the type, size and number of plants and ground cover. <br /> c. All roof-mounted mechanical equipment, tanks, ventilating <br /> fans, or similar equipment shall be visually screened from <br /> view from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way at <br /> grade. The screens shall be architecturally compatible with <br /> the building or structure on which they occur. <br /> d. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> f <br /> ,e.
