14 October 2015 <br /> AGE Project No. 15-3556 <br /> Page 10 of 14 <br /> SOURCE SUMMARY <br /> • Former Grower/Ranch Name: Singh Farms, Dement Farms <br /> _ • Crops: Alfalfa <br /> • Restricted Materials Permit numbers 3900167, 3900855, and <br /> 3900340 issued to the subject property under applicant name "Singh <br /> Farms" and "Dement Farms' for pesticide applications. Permits are <br /> issued for the years 2010 through 2015. <br /> • Location: 4851 South Maybeck Road, Stockton <br /> • Between 2010 and the present the following pesticides/herbicides <br /> were used on the property: Dicamba, Methomyl, 2,4-DB, 2,4-D <br /> _ Amine, Paraquat, Methidathion, Non-permit Ag Prod, Methyl <br /> Parathion, Strychnine, Gly Star Plus, LI 700, Lorsban Advanced, <br /> Reign, PURSUIT, ACTIVATOR 90, DIMETHOATE 400, Roundup <br /> PowerMax, WARRIOR with Zeon, Carbaryl, Disutfoton, Phorate, <br /> Aluminum phosphide, Zinc phosphide, MCPA, dimethylamine, <br /> Methamidophos, Carbaryl, Bifenture EC, Cabrio EG, Ethephon 2 <br /> plant regulator, Warrior II with zeon tech, Asana XL Insecticide, <br /> j Quadris Top, and Dusting Sulfur. <br /> 4.3.2. Additional Site Vicinity Record Sources <br /> _ The SJCEHD and Regional Board maintain records for, and are responsible for, <br /> enforcement of state UST and hazardous waste laws. AGE commonly reviews files for <br /> up-gradient sites under active environmental regulation to ascertain the current site <br /> status and its potential to impact the subject property. No sites, under active or past <br /> environmental regulation, were identified by the database search within the required <br /> search radius of potential concern to the property. <br /> 4.4. PROVIDED SUBJECT PROPERTY RECORDS <br /> No records were provided to AGE by the user and/or property owner during the course <br /> of this report. <br /> 5.0. SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGE representative on <br /> 07 October 2015. At the time of the site visit the weather was clear and warm. Primary <br /> features of the property are shown in a site plan provided in Figure 2.
