METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> During the site reconnaissance, AGE had full access to the property, except a gated <br /> area containing stacks of hay and what appeared to be a storage shed. No other limiting <br /> conditions were noted. <br /> 5.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at <br /> the time of the site visit: <br /> Structures There are no structures on the property. <br /> -- - - - <br /> Adjoining /Access / The property is accessible from two driveway entrances along the <br /> Egress Roads west side of Maybeck Road. <br /> .......... _.... ------ - <br /> Surface Types The property is unsurfaced, and utilized for row crops. <br /> Additional Features One approximately 500 gallon above ground tank (likely diesel) is <br /> located in the central region of the property.
