Soil Suitability Study <br /> SCHMIERER PROPERTY <br /> 11467 East Mayers Road,Acampo, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Soil Suitability <br /> Study for the property located at 11467 East Mayers Road,Acampo,California.The purpose of this <br /> study is to determine the suitability of soil drainage on the property for future septic tank discharge. <br /> The soil suitability study was conducted within 100-feet of the proposed location of the new septic <br /> system. The work was performed under SJCCDD Title Requirements Section 9-1105.2 (d)and as <br /> required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) letter dated 14 <br /> February 2007. <br /> The property is situated on the north side of Mayers Road,and consists of a 5-acre parcel identified <br /> as County Assessor Number(APN)007-180-44. The current zoning of the property is AL-5 (This <br /> zone is intended to recognize and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small-scale <br /> agricultural operations and dwellings). <br /> The future plan for the property is to develop the site into a single family residence(Appendix A). <br /> The proposed development plan has been recorded as San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department(SJCCDD) application No.PA-0700044. <br /> There are no existing structures or wells on the property. A parcel vicinity,overhead satellite map <br /> are included as Appendix B. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been used for agriculture and or pasture land.Prior to current use,the property was <br /> dry land. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no existing structures or septic systems on subject property.According to readily available <br /> records and interviews with the property owners,there have been no septic systems installed and no <br /> septic permits issued for this site; therefore there is no septic tank history. <br /> There are adjacent and neighboring properties in close proximity to the subject property.
