It is assumed that the new leach line and seepage pit installed under permit in June 2001 was due to a failure of the existing system. The current development plan does include plans for future septic system. The proposed single family structure is 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom. The proposed septic system is proposed to include a 1,600-gallon septic tank, (4) 65-feet leach lines and (4) 36-inch by 25-feet deep seepage pits. 4.0.
