PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION <br /> AGE was not supplied reports or documentation from previous environmental assessments conducted <br /> on the subject property. AGE has no knowledge of any previous environmental investigations of the <br /> property- <br /> 3.9. CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> Under Practice E-1527-00 the client has certain responsibilities to help identify the possibility of <br /> recognized environmental conditions and report findings to AGE;these include: <br /> • Check reasonably ascertainable title records for environmental liens or activity and use <br /> limitations. <br /> • Provide information of any specialized knowledge or experience material to recognized <br /> environmental conditions on the property. <br /> • Note and investigate any reasons for a significantly lower purchase price. <br /> • Make known to AGE the purpose for the Phase I;if the purpose is not stated,AGE will assume <br /> the purpose is to qualify for the innocent landowner defense. <br /> The following information was provided prior to the initiation of the Phase I: <br /> • A site map. <br /> • The purpose of the Phase I was for property transfer;the ranch complex and pasture areas would <br /> be split off from the transfer and were not within the scope of the Phase I.
