OCCUPANCY HISTORY <br /> EDR was contacted to provide a City Directory Abstract for the subject property address(es).Available <br /> Polk cross-referenced directories from 1960 through 2002 were reviewed in approximately five-year <br /> increments as specified by the ASTM E-1527-00 standards. Haines Directories range from 1971 to <br /> present.The EDR Directory search did not find the subject property addresses listed from 1960 through <br /> 1996; the ranch complex on Parcel 01 was listed in 2003 as a residence. The Polk Directories list City <br /> of Stockton addresses only, it is standard for agricultural properties t not be listed. <br /> None of the directory listings raise environmental concern. <br /> 3.5. SANBORN FUZE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> EDR-Sanbom hic. was contacted to perform a search of historical Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps with <br /> coverage of the area containing the subject property. Fire insurance maps typically identify structures <br /> from a Ere hazard perspective.In addition,these maps identify structures and improvements which may <br /> pose environmental concerns. <br /> Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps were not available for the subject property. <br /> 3.6. OIL AND GAS WELLS <br /> The EDR report references California Oil and Gas Well information as additional environmental record <br /> sources. No Federal or State wells were found within a one-mile radius. <br /> 3.7. PRIOR AGRICULTURAL USE <br /> Aerial photographs and the information from the interview show that most of the subject property and <br /> the surrounding properties have been utilized for agricultural use since at least the late 1880s;portions <br /> of the subject property were planted in wheat, portions were pasture and portions were plowed soil. <br /> According to Ms.Susan Gilbeau,pesticide use was light and all chemicals were stored and mixed off-site. <br /> Vgncu <br /> ltural use of land creates some potential for soil and ground water on the site to have been <br /> pacted by agricultural chemicals such as pesticides,herbicides and fertilizers. <br /> _ <br /> Advanced GmEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
