Orphan Site Listings <br /> The orphan summary list consists of sites lacking sufficient information for EDR to map their locations. <br /> Eighteen sites were on informational database listings, none appeared to be the subject property or <br /> adjacent properties.Eighteen sites were on databases listing sites ofpotential environmental concern;the <br /> sites appeared either more than'/2-mile from the property,or with insufficient addresses to determine the <br /> location. <br /> 4.3.4. Well Information <br /> Public Well Information: The EDR report shows Federal USGS and California Water Service water <br /> well information. Three Federal USGS wells and four California Water Service wells were identified <br /> within a one-mile radius of the subject property, One well Federal USGS well, site name <br /> 002N006E23R001M was plotted by EDR on the subject property,the well was listed as a single well, <br /> other than collector or Ramey type with a well depth listed as 208 feet. There is the potential that this <br /> well might be one ofthe subject propertywells.The remaining wells are listed in the EDR report starting <br /> on Page A-5. <br /> A copy of the EDR report is included in Appendix D. <br /> 4.4. REGULATORY AGENCY FILE REVIEW <br /> The SJC-EHD and Central ValleyRegional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)maintainrecords <br /> for,and are responsible for,enforcement of state underground storage tank(UST)and hazardous waste <br /> laws. AGE commonly reviews files for up-gradient sites under active environmental regulation to <br /> ascertain the current site status and its potential to impact the subject property.There were no sites under <br /> active environmental regulation identified by the database search within the required search radius of <br /> potential concern to the property. t� <br /> 5.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A site reconnaissance ofthe subject propertywas conducted by representatives_of AGR on 12 May2003, <br /> accompanied at the property by Ms. Susan Gilbeau,a property owner.Photographs of selected features <br /> of the subject site are included in Appendix A.
