GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The subject property was undeveloped or agricultural land;there was an abandoned vehicle and a small <br /> fire and debris pile at the northern-most portion of the property.Two agricultural and one domestic well <br /> were located on the property. <br /> The ranch complex was inspected for items of environmental concern; only a small storage area of <br /> residential-sized chemicals was noted. Additional items included on-site septic sewer systems, several <br /> empty,painted 55-gallon drums used in the exercise ring/arena and the age ofthe buildings,which would <br /> be indicative of possible asbestos-containing materials. <br /> 5.2.
