No items of environmental concern were noted from the answers to the questionnaire. NO items of concern were noted for the ranch complex except for the potential of asbestos-containing materials in the buildings. 8.0. SAMPLING AND RESULTS No sampling was done for this investigation. 9.0. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527 of the property located on APNs 092120-05,06 and 140-01,02, Stockton, California, the subject property. Any exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 1.2 of this report. The subject property does not include the ranch complex for the purpose of this Phase I. This assessment has revealedno evidence ofrecognized environmental conditions in connection with the property except: • There has been long-term use of the subject property for agricultural purposes,with the potential of subsurface contamination by pesticides and fertilizers.AGE has no indication that subsurface contamination has occurred.
