The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. If a drinking fountain is installed, or the number of <br /> nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - (UP-91-18) <br />
