UP-91-18 OF ED HUFFMAN <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this application and <br /> will be recommending that the Use Permit be approved subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval : <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless <br /> (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all <br /> necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force <br /> and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br /> a. There shall be no competition racing. <br /> b. The facility shall be used for training, breeding, and <br /> boarding only. <br /> C. Any lighting between 10: 00pm and 5: 00am shall be restricted to <br /> security purposes only. <br /> d. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premisses, and with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> e. Six parking spaces are required. An area for the loading and <br /> unloading of horses is required. Parking, loading and <br /> unloading, and maneuvering areas shall be shown on the <br /> improvement plans. <br /> f. One copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division for circulation to County <br /> departments. A $250. 00 Plan Check fee will be required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br />
