ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The ordinance requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other ordinance requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> g. The use shall be limited to 28 horses. <br /> h. Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not <br /> be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals of less than 1/2 <br /> acre, barns, or similar structures closer than 40 feet from <br /> any rear or side property line. <br /> i. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, <br /> cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from litter, <br /> garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to <br /> discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, <br /> and offensive odors. Premises are to be maintained in a neat <br /> and sanitary manner. <br /> j . Ingress and egress points shall be distinctly marked and the <br /> parking lot and ingress and egress points shall be designed to <br /> prevent the necessity of vehicles having to back into or over <br /> the points of ingress and egress. <br /> k.
