Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Construct individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 2, 3, and the designated <br /> remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construct individual domestic water wells on Parcels 2, 3, and the designated remainder <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. Repair the pressure tank to stop leaks at the employee residence. <br /> 4. PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230.8 of the <br /> County's Development Title, the developer shall pay fees for park development. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a Future development on the site shall conform to the following: District Rule 4901 <br /> (Residential Wood Burning), District Rule 4902 (Residential Water Heaters), and District <br /> Regulation VIII (Fugitive Dust Measures). <br />
