Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1b, and F-1c, and the Ripon Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed at the time of development. A review fee of $156.00 is required at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) C. Construct an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Section 9- 1115.3) 4. PARKS AND RECREATION: a. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230.8 of the County's Development Title, the developer shall pay fees for park development. 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: a. Future development on the site shall conform to the following: District Rule 4901 (Residential Wood Burning), District Rule 4902 (Residential Water Heaters), and District Regulation VIII (Fugitive Dust Measures). 6. CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME: a. In carrying out the operations of the project, the applicant shall take no action that violates the provisions of the Califomia Endangered Species Act or any other laws or regulations pertaining to the protection of the Swainson's hawk. Compliance with said laws shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the applicant shall agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the County harmless from and against any claim or action by affected State agencies as to the project's compliance with said laws.
