(DISTRICT 3) <br /> APPLICANT: Whoose Goose Farms APN's 129-080-03 <br /> and 129-080-33 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately seven feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate <br /> flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $954 . 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Service Commercial or $136 . 93 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Delta area.
