GX-96-6 OF <br /> G. BURGIN AND G. TORLAI (C/O MICHAEL D. FARLEY) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is an Agricultural Excavation Permit to excavate 113 . 5 acres <br /> to improve the agricultural suitability of the property. The <br /> site is located on the south side of McDonald Road, 1/2 mile west <br /> of Holt Road, west of Stockton. <br /> Before this application can proceed, a deed, a soils report, and <br /> a revised Plan is required. The Plan shall be revised as <br /> follows : <br /> 1. Show a detail of the ditch by the levee area. When <br /> computing the average surrounding elevation, either use the <br /> adjacent grades by the ditch or explain why those grades are <br /> not used. <br /> 2 . Show the proposed elevation lines on the southeast quadrant <br /> and show the direction of the slope. <br /> 3 . The proposed slopes shown on the cross cut details do not <br /> reflect the slope of the direction of the cross cut. <br /> 4 . The benchmark should be a more permanent point. <br /> 5 . Proposed temporary cuts below the proposed final grade shall <br /> be shown with dotted lines on the cross cut details. The <br /> agricultural purpose for such cuts shall be explained in <br /> writing with depth, area and volume references. <br /> 6. Include calculations for average surrounding and average <br /> final elevations. <br /> 7 . The excavated area (113 . 5 acres) , average cut (2 . 25 feet) , <br /> and total volume (415, 000 cubic yards) are not consistent. <br /> Show calculations. <br /> 8 . Show the limit of excavation at the roadways. <br />
