reclaim prime agricultural land to its former condition in compliance with the <br /> reclamation standards of Public Resources Code §2773. In addition, with regard <br /> to land under FSZ contract, it should be noted that a board or council shall not <br /> approve any use based on the compatible use provisions of Government Code <br /> 951238.1(c) (Government Code §51296.7).
