c. A video tape of road conditions on McDonald Road and along the haul route is required <br /> prior to the start of excavation The condition of McDonald Road and other roads along <br /> the haul route shall be reviewed with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of <br /> excavation. (Development Title Section 9-1415.2) <br /> d. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> e. A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall <br /> be filed with the Department with a guarantee that, if the permittee fails, refuses, or <br /> neglects to repair, under permit, any damages to McDonald Road or the haul route which <br /> may result from the permittee's operations, the Department of Public Works may do the <br /> work necessary to restore McDonald Road or haul route equal to, or better than, its <br /> original condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-854.3) <br /> f The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of excavation plan approval. The fee currently is $144.23 per <br /> additional daily trip-end in the Delta area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.
