Condition of Approval No. 2(b) of Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-90-79 shall be <br /> revised to read as follows: <br /> 'The frontage improvements for McIntire Road across the frontage of Parcels 1, 2, 4, 5, <br /> and 6, and the 59 foot wide pFivate Fead shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot-wide right-of-wam Farm or Estate Subdivision street. <br /> Prior to approval of the Parcel Map, the construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement. <br /> A$250.00 fee is required for processing, per Planning Idle Section 9-10500, in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As an option, <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $100.00. <br /> 2. CLEMENTS RURAL COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The Conditions of Approval for the Clements Rural County Fire District shall be prefaced <br /> with the following heading: <br /> 'All requirements of the District shall be complied with prior to the issuance of residential <br /> building permits.' <br />
