AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-20 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it can not be <br /> driven over , parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and can not contain any underground utility lines. <br /> C. On site well to be used only for non-potable uses and <br /> an approved back flow device to be installed on public <br /> water line entering property. <br /> NOTE: 1 . If hazardous material is stored on site , applicant <br /> must register with County Officer of Emergency <br /> Services . <br /> 2 . If hazardous waste is generated , applicant must <br /> obtain an EPA identification number and comply <br /> with applicable regulations . <br /> 3 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County <br /> Air Pollution Control District for the necessary <br /> air pollution permits . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. All parking spaces , driveways and maneuvering areas <br /> must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt <br /> or concrete. Bumper guards must be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> b. A minimum of seven (7) automobile parking spaces shall <br /> be provided, delineated with paint and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> C. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises , and with no spillover beyond the <br /> property. <br /> d. One wall-mounted or monument sign shall be permitted , <br /> in accordance with Section 9-3606 of the Planning <br /> Title . The size and location shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan <br /> e . Existing and proposed fencing details shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan . <br />
