PA-0600500 OF PER MC, L.L.C. ETAL <br /> (FIFTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Williamson Act Contract Cancellation No. PA-0600500 based on the ability <br /> to make the required finding that the cancellation is consistent with the purposes of the <br /> Williamson Act. (Attachment "A"). <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On October 31, 1972 California Land Conservation Contract No. 73-C1-12 was initiated for <br /> Assessor Parcel No. 241-350-29, containing 57 gross acres. The Community Development <br /> Department approved a Notice of Nonrenewal for a 4.4583 acre portion of this parcel on <br /> February 15, 2006. <br /> The request to cancel 4.4583 acres of Williamson Act Contract No. 73-C1-12 is to facilitate a <br /> Lot Line Adjustment for the Stockton Sportsman's Club. The purpose of the Lot Line <br /> Adjustment is to move a property line which currently bisects a house and pheasant pens, 120 <br /> feet to the west. <br />
