PA- <br /> 0600500 (PER MC LLC/SMITH, ERNIE)(2829 E MCMULLIN <br /> ROAD, MANTECA) (APN: 241-350-29) <br /> N <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced application to cancel 4.458 <br /> acres of Williamson Act Contract No. 73-C1-12 to facilitate a Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. The purpose of the Lot Line Adjustment is to move a property line <br /> 120 feet to the west which currently bisects a house and pheasant pens. The <br /> project site is located on the north side of Mc Mullin road, 2,218 feet east of <br /> Hayes road, south of Manteca. <br /> The parcel has a General Plan Designation of (AIG) General Agriculture and <br /> (OS/RC) Resource Conservation and is zoned (AG-40) General Agriculture, 40- <br /> acre minimum. On site uses include a single family residence, agricultural <br /> buildings and outdoor sportsmen club. The eastern and western property lines <br /> are adjacent to agricultural farmlands. The northern property line is adjacent to <br /> Walthall Slough. The southern property line is abuts McMullin Road. <br /> f <br /> On October 31, 1972 California Land Conservation Contract No. 73-C1-12 was <br /> i initiated for Assessor Parcel No. 241-350-29, containing 57 gross acres. The <br /> Community Development Department approved a Notice of Nonrenewal for a <br /> 4.4583 acre portion of this parcel on February 15, 2006. <br /> Notification <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 51284.1, the county must submit a notice <br /> to the Department of Conservation and consider its comments prior to approving <br /> a tentative Williamson Act contract cancellation. The notice must include a copy <br /> of the application, a copy of the contract, a description of the land, and a deadline <br /> for submitting comments. Such notice was mailed to the Department of <br /> Conservation on November 9, 2006, <br /> 1 <br />
