Mello <br /> Ave., Ripon, CA 95366. Parcel number APN 245-130-12. <br /> 1. We ask the Building inspector and Health Dept to condemn all the structures as being <br /> beyond the point of any use due to age and structural failure. <br /> 2. For the Environmental Health Dept and Community Development Dept to have all <br /> chicken manure removed from the two existing ponds before any permits are even <br /> considered. <br /> 3. Variance application request should be denied because of chicken dust problem being <br /> too close to producing almond trees. <br /> 4. For the owner, John Zeb Khan,to clean up the growth of weeds and disposal of all the <br /> old cages from property. The adjoining chicken ranch property has 100 feet clearance. <br /> 5. How quickly do owner-rentals have in removing the dry chicken manure after it is <br /> stored before being removed by commerical spreaders. <br /> 6.
