There are <br /> reasons that the county has ordinances regarding location of animal housing in relation to <br /> property lines. In my use permit conditions of approval, the county ordinances were <br /> strictly enforced. I we no reason that this property should be allowed any variances, <br /> especially in view of the long history of problems on this property. I have owned my <br /> ranch over 14 years., and the property in question, APN 245-130-12, has been a problem <br /> for at least as long as I have lived here, probably longer <br /> I spend a fortune on fly control every year There are no areas for flies to breed on my <br /> ranch, yet I have to deal with the flies that come from all the fields, chicken and cattle <br /> ranches around me. I did notice a significant improvement once the former chicken <br /> operation on subject property was shut down. Please DO NOT allow any use of this <br /> property for chickens of any type (meat, egg or breeding) ever again.
