The incident reports discussed have been included in Appendix F of this report. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office8 was not contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property as the property has not been used for agriculture within the past five years. 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System No domestic wells or septic systems are known to be located on the subject property. The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on April 17, 2007 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. One septic destruction permit was found for the subject property and is included in Appendix F of this report. 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 6069 was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property.
