Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment <br /> checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a vacant, flat, rectangular parcel with seasonal <br /> grasses. A small amount of debris was present throughout the property. Concrete pillars <br /> were located on the north side of the property. <br /> No pole-mounted transformers were observed on or adjacent to the property. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of <br /> the subject property was a vacant lot. To the south was Michael Avenue and residences. To <br /> the east was a residence. To the west was a vacant lot. <br /> 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination <br /> were identified from past uses of the site. <br /> 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from current uses of the site. <br /> 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the vicinity. <br /> 3.5 Current Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from current uses of the vicinity. <br /> 4.0 EVALUATION OF IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> No sources of contamination were identified for the subject property. <br /> 5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> The concrete pillars and debris located on the property should be disposed appropriately by <br /> the end of the construction. <br /> NEIL O .
