g. DERRICK REMOVAL: Any derricks shall be removed within ninety (90) days of completion or <br /> abandonment of the well unless a greater time is approved by the Director of Community <br /> Development in writing, based on a showing of good cause. <br /> 2. The fee currently is$198.98 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record- (Resolution 00-433) <br /> NOTE: Any constructior activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall <br /> require a State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 3. All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with bentonite or other approved grout material as <br /> specified in Development Title Section 9-1115.5, and the surface shall be left in its original <br /> condition. <br /> d. All gas or oil drilling operations shall be performed in accordance with the rules and regulations <br /> set forth by the State Division of Oil and Gas, California Department of Conservation. <br /> 4.
