In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Micke Grove Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 <br /> feet. Eight Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 134 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road (including secondary access) will be required to be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, <br />
