Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> C.E. # 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi, California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209) 368-4159 <br /> September 10, 2001 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: Soil Suitability Study to create two parcels,Parcel A to contain 5.03 acres and <br /> Parcel B to contain 5.00 acres, out of a larger 10.03 acres parcel, all as shown on the <br /> attached"Parcel Map". <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of two (2) shallow <br /> percolation tests (3'), a deep percolation test(25' Max.)and a soil profile test conducted <br /> on the Earl Sellers property located at 10979 North Micke Grove Road Road, Lodi, <br /> California 95240, in San Joaquin County. <br /> CURRENT AND PAST LAND USE: Except for the home,barn and wireless tower <br /> developments,the project site is currently undeveloped and consists mostly of natural <br /> grasses and fox tails growing on it. <br /> The property owner has lived here since childhood and thus the property has been <br /> in his and his family's ownership in excess of forty(40) years. San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor and Recorder Offices' records were researched which confirmed that the subject <br /> property has been in the family's ownership this long. Thus basically,the property has <br /> not been subjected to business or industrial type use. <br /> FURURE LAND USE: The planned development on the subject property is to place a <br /> manufactured new home on Parcel B at the approximate location shown on the attached <br /> "Parcel Map". <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION: The subject property is located in the northwest quadrant of the <br /> "T" intersection of North Micke Grove Road with Eight Mile Road in San Joaquin <br /> County. <br /> There are few developments on the subject property. Most of the property is bare <br /> with some natural grasses and foxtails growing on it. <br /> There are three access driveways on the present property. Two (2)driveways are <br /> off of North Micke Grove Road and extend to the west. The remaining driveway is off of <br /> Eight Mile Road and extends north to an old abandoned barn.
