•s` 5 n <br /> Soil Suitability Study***MS-01-24*** APN: 059-210-37***2 Parcels,Parcel A=5.03 Acres and <br /> Parcel B=5.00 Acres***Total=10.03 Acres <br /> Road driveway provides access to the existing cellular tower and control room in the <br /> middle of the subject property and the other is a driveway to an existing home. <br /> Most of the development on the subject property is on Parcel A and consists of a <br /> cellular tower and control room in the middle of the subject property and an existing <br /> home on the easterly portion of Parcel A. <br /> There are three (3) guy wires complete with anchors and the ends of the guy wires <br /> and anchors are fenced at ground level. Two (2) of the guy wires are on Parcel A. One <br /> extends directly west from the tower and the other extends northeast from the tower. The <br /> remaining guy wire is on Parcel B and extends southwest from the tower. All these <br /> mentioned guy wires and cellular tower and control room are delineated on the attached <br /> "Parcel Map". <br /> The entire perimeter of the subject property is cyclone fenced. There is a barbed <br /> wire fence that extends on the eastside of the driveway to the abandoned barn. <br /> There were few animals encountered on the property. Only two(2) dogs at the <br /> present homesite and some cattle(three [3] in number)were noted roaming in the <br /> northwest portion of the subject property. <br /> A boat and tractor were located in the open field beyond the fence west of the <br /> present home on Parcel 2. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEMS: San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division septic permit applications were reviewed. Fifteen(15) <br /> permit applications were reviewed in the immediate vicinity and in the general area of the <br /> subject property involving a period from November 27, 1967 through August 25,1998. <br /> One (1)permit was found for the subject property, which was for a new installation <br /> involving constructing two (2) leach lines, each eighty-five(85) feet long leading to a <br /> sump 3' x 10' x12'. The other fourteen(14)permits were for new pit installations twenty- <br /> five (25)feet deep varying in diameter from 33"to 48" with leach lines leading to them <br /> varying from thirty-five(35)to one hundred(100) feet in length. <br /> Seven of the permits reviewed listed the soil as adobe. One permit listed the soil <br /> as clay and another as sandy loam. Six of the permits did not list any soil classification. <br /> I <br /> No permits were found for repairing any septic installation subsequent to its initial <br /> construction. <br /> SOIL PROFILE TEST: <br /> No water was encountered in excavating any of the shallow and deep percolation <br /> test holes on Parcels A and B to a maximum depth of 23'00".
