Most of the property is bare <br /> with some natural grasses and foxtails growing on it. <br /> There are three access driveways on the present property. Two (2)driveways are <br /> off of North Micke Grove Road and extend to the west. The remaining driveway is off of <br /> Eight Mile Road and extends north to an old abandoned barn. One North Micke Grove <br /> Road driveway provides access to the existing cellular tower and control room in the <br /> middle of the subject property and the other is a driveway to an existing home. <br /> Most of the development on the subject property is on Parcel 1 and consists of a <br /> cellular tower and control room in the middle of the subject property and an existing <br /> home on the easterly portion of Parcel 2 and about midway of the subject property in a <br /> north-south direction. <br /> There are three (3) guy wires complete with anchors and the ends of the guy wires <br /> and anchors are fenced at ground level.
