The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the 'tow away' sign <br /> at Each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) ThE slope of a parking space shall not exceed /<-inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> 5. BUILDING INSPEC' ION DIVISION/FIRE SERVICES: <br /> a. The proposed development shall meet all requirements of the Building and Fire Codes <br /> relating to t-1at occupancy, including the requirement for the installation of fixed sprinkler <br /> systems if t.1e buildings are more than 6,000 square feet in area, or the buildings shall be <br /> divided by 'ated fire wall assemblies into areas less than 6,000 square feet. <br /> b. A fixed static water supply based on criteria established by this office and the National <br /> Fire Protection Association shall be installed prior to occupancy. <br /> C. Fire department access shall be provided to all buildings that are more than 150 feet from <br /> a public street unless the buildings are fully sprinklered. <br /> d. If classes, meeting certain criteria, are to be conducted in the occupancy, an approved <br /> fire alarm system shall be installed. <br />
