IIP-93-0001 <br /> OF UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (C/O H. HAROLD CAMPBELL) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Use Permit Application for religious assembly to be <br /> completed in two phases. Phase 1 consists of converting the <br /> existing residence to a religious assembly room, an office and a <br /> classroom. Phase 2 includes a new sanctuary building (4 , 500 <br /> square-feet) and converting the original residence to two offices <br /> to be used during the week and two classrooms to be used on <br /> Sunday. The site is located on the west side of Micke Grove <br /> Road, 700 feet north of Eight Mile Road, north of Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Cpnditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the initiation of the use and prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
